The standard modern technique. Individual follicular units are harvested from the donor area (typically the back of the scalp) using a precision micro-punch, then implanted one by one into the recipient site. Minimal scarring, fast recovery.
An evolution of FUE using a Choi implanter pen. Grafts are extracted and immediately implanted without pre-opening channels — higher density placement, less time outside the body, faster healing. Ideal for smaller, denser packs.
FUE performed with sapphire blade incisions instead of steel. Sharper edges create smaller, smoother channels — denser angle control, finer hairline, less tissue trauma. Preferred for refined hairline reconstruction.

You share photos of your scalp from four angles, basic medical history, and your goal (hairline restoration, density, beard, etc.). Within 24 hours we share 2–3 clinic recommendations, indicative graft counts, and package contents — anonymously at first.
You pick the clinic that fits. We confirm dates, send the package contract in English, collect a small deposit (typically 20%), and book your hotel and airport transfer. You pay the balance to the clinic on the day of surgery.
Arrival day: airport pickup, hotel check-in, evening consultation. Day 2: blood tests, anaesthetic, surgery (6–8 hours), first dressings. Day 3: post-operative wash, recovery instructions, certificate of operation, transfer to airport.
You return home with a post-op kit (shampoo, lotion, painkiller, antibiotic). Online check-ins at day 10, day 30, month 3, month 6, and month 12. Photo updates are reviewed by the surgeon. PRP top-ups can be arranged locally or on a future trip.

The surgery itself takes 6–8 hours for an average 3,000–4,500 graft session. The total trip to Istanbul requires 3 days and 2 nights: consultation on day 1, surgery on day 2, post-operative wash and discharge on day 3.

A typical single session ranges from 2,500 to 5,000 grafts. The maximum depends on your donor density and quality. Mega-sessions up to 6,000 grafts are possible in a single visit when the donor area supports it. Anything beyond 6,000 is usually split across two sessions 12 months apart.
